Acronym: CApy
The term layers CApy refers to a layer of the CA fields as identified by MRI in the macaque (Macaque Brain by Dubach-2008). It corresponds to the combination of the pyramidal cell layer of the hippocampus and the oriens layer of the hippocampus across the CA1 field, the CA2 field and the CA3 field.
